Eusebio Vela, of Mesquite, Texas, was born on August 17, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 3 sons. He is survived by his 2 sisters. Also survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Ellen, his 10 children, 38 grandchildren 61 great-grandchildren and many more great-great grandchildren. Eusebio had a great love for his family. He looked forward to his Saturday afternoon lunches with them. He also had a great love for the outdoors and growing banana trees. One of his recent hobbies was collecting and displaying his small antique cars, he loved showing them to us. Eusebio was such a generous man. He would not only give of his time, but his resources as well. Whatever you needed, he would do his best to give it to you. He will be deeply missed by so many who loved him dearly, and will always be in our hearts and our memories forever.
