Eva Nell Hanson's Obituary
Eva Nell Hix Hanson, born March 22, 1944, in Tom Bean, TX, passed away March 30, 2017, in Arlington. She was a loving mother, grandmother, a caregiver who with her husband, raised their family in Irving. Eva was strong in her faith; always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Eva is preceded in death by her parents Dovie and Melton Hix; and husband Charles Edwin Hanson. Eva is survived by her brother Joe Hix; son Wendell Hanson; daughter Michele and husband Bryan Fant; granddaughters Britni Hanson, Haleigh Hanson, Tiffany Fant and Holley Fant. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grandmother’s House (formally known as Advent House)5601 Quail Lane,Arlington 76016. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
