My boyfriend, Glenn, and I were so very sad to hear of Evelin's passing. She was always a joy when we came to the Chocolate Angel. We had just chatted with her about family when we were last in not long ago. She was such a bright light and we will miss her! I wish you all strength during this difficult time.
It is was a sorrowful heart that Joanie and I extend our deepest condolences in the loss of your beautiful and wonderful daughter Evelin. Joanie and I will always remember her warm smile and outgoing personality. Whenever we would come to eat at the Chocolate Angel, Evelin always made it a point to come and wait on us. She always had something kind and thoughtful to say to us. Of course she always asked if I wanted extra "cheese" on my BLT even though she knew I didn't like cheese. We always had a laugh about that. But we wanted you and the rest of the family to know how much we will miss her. And even though Evelin is now resting in peace, in heaven in the arms of GOD, she will never be forgotten and always remembered. May GOD comfort you during this difficult time. Peace be with you.
