Evelyn Barham Crider's Obituary
On Monday, February 14, 2022, Evelyn Eyvonne Barham Crider passed peacefully in Sachse, TX. She was 80 years old. Evelyn is survived by her husband of 57 years, C. Den Crider (Garland, TX); her Son, C. Kirk Crider of Garland, TX; her sisters Mary-Nell Lloyd (Charles) of Stamps, AR, and Hazel Langston (Billy Joe) of Prescott, AR; her four grandchildren: A. Trenton., Trinity A., Aiden T., and Abel T. Crider (mom Shannan) of Sachse, TX and numerous nieces, nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, MC Barham and Geneva Almand Barham.
Evelyn was born on December 30, 1941, in Prescott, AR. She graduated from Blevins High School in 1960. She went on to work many jobs, including the US Postal System, and owning a pattern-making business, Apparel Data Processing (ADP). However, her favorite job was being a homemaker and stay-at-home mom to Kirk. Evelyn loved and served the Lord faithfully all her life. She enjoyed cake baking/decorating, playing cards (Phase 10) and Dominos, watching Southern Gospel Videos, Shirley Temple Movies, and The Hallmark Channel.
A celebration of life service for Evelyn is pending. Arrangements are being
handled by Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, TX, with the service at New Haven
Missionary Baptist Church located at 10110 Rylie Rd., Dallas, TX 75217, and internment at DFW National Cemetery.
