Evelyn Mathilda Pos' Obituary
Mrs. Evelyn Mathilda Pos, age 97, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, in Richardson, Texas. She was born to Mr. Harry Larson and Ms. Marova Larson on November 23, 1923, in Bull Moose Township, Minnesota. Evelyn leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
She married John C. Pos on August 25, 1952 in Nashua, IA. She loved traveling, sewing, walking her dogs, growing violets, supported visiting nurses at meals on wheels, worked as an administrative assistant at the title company in Richardson.
She was preceded in death by John Craig Pos(spouse) on April 18, 2020.
She is survived by daughter Marlene Heath(spouse Jan Heath Nov. 2016), granddaughter Heather Heath Casteel(Edward Casteel), Justin Ryan Casteel(great grandson).
A double inurnment will be held at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 11:15am.
