Everett V. Willard's Obituary
Rev. Everett Vean Willard was born on August 7, 1925 in Fairfield, Texas and passed away at home on February 19, 2011 in Garland, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Sneed Willard and Annie Beatrice Cooper Willard; son, Ronald Everett Willard who passed away on October 23, 1978 and by his wife Bobbie Dee Kelly, who passed on April 27, 1981. He is survived by his daughter, Darlene Willard of Garland, Texas; grandchildren, Stacy Pluebell and Alex Pluebell of Garland, Texas, and Joseph Everett Willard and his wife Charli Willard of Richardson, Texas; great-grandchildren, Brittani, Chelsie and Austin Everett Willard, and Alexis and Angelica McCurdy, and by his sister Dorothy Davis of Shreveport, LA. Family will receive friends on Wednesday February 23rd from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held on Thursday February 24th at 12:30 pm at the Restland Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dixon Rial Officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Orchard Hills Baptist Church, 3033 Saturn Road, Garland, Texas 75041. Mr. Willard was ordained as a Deacon on January 18, 1970 and ordained as a Minister on August 18, 1973.
