Fanell Harding's Obituary
Harding, Fanell Weatherford ~ After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Fanell “Faye” Harding passed away peacefully on February 20, 2011. She was born on May 24, 1922 in Mt. Vernon, TX to Carl Lee and Alma Weatherford and had seven brothers and sisters. She lived most of her life in Dallas, TX where she worked In the family produce business. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother (Nana) who delighted in playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Norman A. Harding and her beloved grand-daughter, Nicole Harding. She is survived by her children Patricia (Pat) Harding Smylie and Norman A. Harding, Jr. (Bud) and her daughter-in-law, Sue Harding. She is also survived by her dearest sister, Jewel Weatherford Stubbs, six grandchildren – Kathy Stephenson, Kristin Taylor, Steve Smylie, Bodie Harding, Byron Harding and Kasey Kobres and five great grandchildren – Travis, Kalin, Mikah, Cole and Sydnie. She leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
