Fannie Mae Curtis' Obituary
CURTIS, FANNINE MAE born in Gilmer, TX on November 17, 1914. She passed away on January 5, 2014. She is survived by daughter, Patsy Curtis Newman; granddaughter, Cindy Newman; sister, Dorothy Boyd Reese; nieces, Nancy Jackson, Suzanne Wearden, Margaret Hudson; nephew, Jim Boyd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Boyd Curtis; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur B. Boyd; her five brothers, Bert, James B., R. Dee, Leonard and Wayne Boyd; brother-in-law, Byron W. Curtis. She was a long time active member of Highland Baptist Church and will be greatly missed by all who loved her. The family thanks the nurses and CNA’s from the Vitas organization for the wonderful care provided and the great support to the family. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park.
