Fermin Eugenio Fernandez Sr.'s Obituary
Fermin Eugenio Fernandez Sr., age 88, passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, May 31, 2018. He was born on April 25, 1930, to German Fernandez-Sanchez and Felicia Fernandez Maine, in Cuba. Fermin retired from Sears after 30 years and became the owner and operator of Just Roof, Inc. Fermin was an avid fisherman and a wonderful Poker Player. He loved all children and gave to all children’s charities especial St. Jude. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.Fermin is preceeded in death by his wife, Amalia Fernandez; son, Richard Smith; sister, Elisa Austin; brother, Eugenio Fernandez and granddaughters, Adrianna Clemens and Kristin Ralston. He is survived by his wife, Graciela Fernandez; son, Fermin Fernandez, Jr. and wife Leonor; daughters, Rachel Rodriguez and Coralis Martin and husband Roberto; step-daughters, Sylvia Williams and husband Dan, Martha Rios and husband Mario, Isela Daughtry and husband John; brothers, German Fernandez, Jr., Jose Julio Fernandez; sister, Aminta Borgella; grandchildren, Jenny & Brent Davis, Michael & Nicole McDaniel, Andrew Clemens, Amanda Fernandez-Dittman, Ashley Fernandez, Chandler Ralston, Dominik Smith, Diego Rivera; great grandchildren, Sophia Davis, Jaxon Davis, McKinley Davis, John McDaniel, Forrest McDaniel, Jonathan Morales, David Evans, Liliana Dittman, Brittney Leyva, Ruben Leyva, Rogelio Fernandez, Michael Fernandez; great great granddaughter, Paola Marie; step-grandchildren, Adam, Jewel, Nina, Celeste, Jayden, Mark, Isaiah, Jozlynn, Jordan and Alayna and lots of loving nieces and nephews who loved him very much.There will be a funeral service held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, beginning at 11:00AM in the Memorial Chapel of Restland Funeral Home.
