Fern Savannah Clark age, 80 entered heaven on February 06, 2020 in her home in Waxahachie, Texas. She was born into this world December 11, 1939 in Dallas Texas. She was widowed from her beloved husband Charles Cleo Clark in 2015. She had a beautiful soul. She loved the Lord and was very devoted in her faith and loved her family at House of Praise Church in Waxahachie.
Fern had several careers in her life, but she loved taking care of her family and caring for others. She was a personal care giver for over 20 years before she retired at age 73. Fern’s passion was painting. Her art was mostly beautiful biblical paintings. She sold a few but mostly gave them to people she loved. Which some items of art will be displayed at her service.
Preceded in Death by: Her parents, Archie and Ophelia Starrett, her siblings Archie Starrett, Johnny Starrett and Ophelia Ann Bradley, husbands Ted W. Dolby Sr., Charles Cleo Clark and son Ted W. Dolby Jr.
She is survived: by her daughter Tina Beth Craig and son-in-law Donald Brent Craig, grandson Robert Steven Douglas, great-grandson Kaiden Kash Douglas and sister Artie Mae Hixson, sisters and brother in-laws Pam & Richard Mitchell and Kitty Clark as well of her many nephews and nieces.
A viewing will be held from 11:30 - 12:30 following with a celebration of life service 12:30 at Restland Funeral Home in the Wildwood Chapel 13005 Greenville Ave. at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas Texas 75243 phone # 972-238-7111.
