Cook; daughters, Jayna Godbey and husband, Scott, Glenda Kitchens and husband, David, Tina Misenhiemer; brother, Brent Cook. The visitation for Florence Cook will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, February 20, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Florence will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Carrollton. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
