Florence Simons-Maderious Levine's Obituary
Florence Levine, age 85, passed away in her sleep Wednesday morning, January 3, 2018, in her home of Sachse Tx. She was born September 3, 1932 to Mary Winchell in South Hampton, Bermuda. She was married to Jerome Levine in Bermuda and later moved to Florida. Florence spent her earlier years as a dance instructor then later a bank teller. She was a bank teller in both Bermuda and the United States. Later she was able to spend her time at home with her husband. Florence was a planner making sure everything was taken care of including this day. She loved her family and it was always important to make sure she helped and took care of them in any way she could. Florence is survived by her daughters; Sandy Prince husband David Prince, Bobbie Stewart & Suzy Horton. Grandchildren; Ricky Byers, Brandi Byers, Casey Moore, Matt Prince & Danielle Horton. She has 3 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren. Siblings; Dolores Monish husband Reggie Monish, Sonny Winchell & Arthur Winchell wife Sonja Winchell, also many other family members, friends, and others whose lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her daughter Katherine Stewart and her husband Jerome Levine.There will be a visitation at 2 PM on January 9, at Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Service will follow at 3 PM.
