Florica Moldovan, 78, was born to parents, Ion and Maria Butoi on June 16, 1939 in Romania. She passed away on January 29, 2018 in Plano, Texas. The family request that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, February 2, 2018. A funeral service for Ms. Moldovan will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday February 3, 2018 at the Restland Abbey Chapel. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
