SIMONDS, FLOYD WILSON born November 7, 1923 in Houston, TX and passed away November 16, 2007 in Dallas, TX. Graduated Cum Laude from Rice University. Moved from Houston to Dallas in the mid 1950’s and worked for Texas Instruments until his retirement in 1992. Preceded in death by his parents, Chester Floyd & Realitos Simonds; his wife of 52 years, Kathryn Bryson Simonds; and brother, Robert Simonds. Survived by sons, Everett Bryson Simonds & wife Lora, Randy Simonds & wife Valerie; grandchildren, Everett Jr., Ethan, Emily, Abigail, and Rachel Simonds, Evan Young & wife Katherine and their son, Layton. Family will receive friends Monday, November 19, 2007 from 6-8PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held 3:30 PM Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
