Floyd was always the voice of reason. His classic Swedish demeanor gave him a perfect analytical mind. Mary Katherine was his life and he was always seen proving that on a daily basis. His children and extended family were also an important part of his life. They only time Floyd turned into a big pushover was when you saw him with his grandchildren whom he loved unconditionally. And Floyd loved his fried chicken. I once made the mistake of taking a shot at the title and told Floyd I was going to eat more chicken . I quit after three pieces as Floyd calmly finished his sixth piece . Floyd was the very definition of a gentle man and I will miss him dearly
