Floyzelle Jackson's Obituary
Mr. Floyzelle Jackson was born on January 28th 1950 in Mexia Texas to the parentage of Mr. Carl Larue Jackson Sr and Mrs Doris Livingston Jackson who preceded him in death.
Floyzelle, affectionately known as “Puddin” to his family and close friends.
Floyzelle graduated with the class of 1968 from Hamilton Park High School in the Richardson Independent School District Dallas, Texas.
While at Hamilton Park he participated in athletics, however his ultimate passion was the marching band where he played the trumpet. Shortly after his schooling Floyzelle was employed with Texas Instruments.
He Remained employed there for 40 plus years until his retirement.
In August 1970 Floyzelle was united in marriage to Alice Tucker and to this union one child was born. Darrin Jackson remained faithful to his father until his passing. Floyzelle was preceded in death by four siblings, Leavetta Jackson Kemp; Carl Larue Jackson Jr; Valarie Jackson Stafford and Doris Jackson Burdett.
He leaves to cherish his memories sons Darrin Jackson and Christopher Elam (Yolunda) Grandchildren, Zaviyon Bird, Christopher Elam Jr. Ashley Elam and Desmond James Elam. Great Grandchildren Za’Niyah Bird, Jerome Washington, Naomi Washington, Ryleigh Elam, Khloe Marie Elam and Raena Mae Elam.
He also leaves four sisters to cherish his memories, Annetta Stanton (Larry), Mary Jefferson (Michael), Patsy Russell, and Sharon Jackson; His Aunt, Blanche Washington of Odessa Texas and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
