Forest was born on November 6, 1952 in Claycenter, Kansas to Donald and Joan Johnson and passed away on August 24, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Cherishing his memory are his wife, Jean, son, Nicholas; daughter-in-law, Carla; grandsons, Julian and Noah; father, Don Johnson and wife, Marilyn; and sisters, Sue Hays and Sarah Plunk.. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. Services for Forest will take place at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
