ALLEN, FRANCES RAE Passed on March 18, 2011. Fran was born in Tampa, Fla., July 23, 1947. She was A loving mom, inspiring Gammy and a hero to many. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fredrick “Mac” and Peggy McCloskey. She is survived by daughters; Lisa Pollard and Maggie Kite and two granddaughters; Taylor Allen (16) and Ava Kite (2). Memorial services will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in the Restland Funeral Home Wilwood Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the cure at 5005 LBJ Frwy.
