Frances Briggs was born on August 24, 1918 in Arlington, TX and passed away on June 25, 2016 in Waco, TX. She was preceded in death by husband, Hollis S. Briggs; brothers, Charles Dorman and J.T. Dorman; father, C.D. Dorman and mother, Willie Dorman. Frances is survived by daughter, Vicki J. Brown and her husband Matthew; granddaughters, Tincy Crocker, Kristi Phillips and Jennifer Lugo and her companion Michael Brewer; grandson, Nichollis Smith; great grandsons, Billy D. Crocker Jr., Richard Phillips and Logan Smith; great granddaughters, Samantha Lee Crocker, Nova Marie Phillips, Karra Lugo, Kimmie Lugo, Lilly Smith, Alexis Smith and Taylor Brewer; grandson-in-law, Billy D. Crocker Sr. and Wendell Phillips; and great great granddaughter Avery Paige Jennings. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
