Frances Ann Burks, 86, of Carrollton, Texas passed away on March 8, 2021 in Carrollton, Texas. She was born on May 21, 1934 to Andrew Roewe and Agatha Koerner Roewe in Muenster, Texas. She was an Underwriting Assistant with Gulf Insurance for 35 years. Frances enjoyed life. She loved music and dancing, but most of all enjoyed being with family and friends. She will be rejoicing with family that preceded her in death. Frances is survived by her daughter, Wanda Mundell (Steve) of Big Spring, Texas; sons, Gary Winkle (Klara) of Bluffton, South Carolina and Greg Winkle (Margaret) of Carrollton, Texas; brothers, Lawrence Roewe (Iris) of Irving, Texas and Conrad Roewe (Betty) of Haskell, Texas; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
