Frances Charlene Chapman Shull's Obituary
Frances Charlene Shull, 83, passed away October 7, 2020 in Mesquite, TX. She was born August 10, 1937 to parents Brewer Chapman and Erline Chapman in Philadelphia, Mississippi. She married Robie Shull on September 4, 1993 in Rockwall, TX. She was a Social worker and manager for the Department of Human Services for the State of Texas for 21yrs.
She is survived by daughters Carolyn Ann Long of Mesquite, TX, Terry Radicioni and husband Mitch Radicioni of Galveston, TX, Tonia Goodwin and husband Jim Goodwin of Friendswood, TX, son Thomas Cooper Long, Jr. and wife Sue Long of Mesquite, TX, sister Pauline McKay and husband Norman McKay of Chalmette, LA, eighteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband Robie Shull and parents.
