Cockrell; 2 brothers and her grandson, Paul Cockrell. Frances is survived by her sons, Greg Cockrell and wife, Andrea, David Cockrell and wife, Rita and Gary Cockrell and wife, Marisha; grandchildren, Keith Cockrell and Coreen Cockrell-Bowen; sisters, Eunice Bell and husband, Leon and Corine Huey and husband, Bill; 4 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation from 6-8PM, Friday, September 9, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service at 3PM, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
