FINLEY, FRANCES of Richardson, Texas born August 14, 1925 in Jacksonville, Texas. Has passed away March 3, 2013. Survived by daughters; Debora Lynn Dutton and husband, Don, Sally Wilkerson and husband, Eugene; sisters; Jen Miranda and Margaret Lievsay; brother, Bill Willis and wife, Joan; grandchildren, Lisa Preissler and husband, Eric, Chris Dutton and Wade Dutton; sister-in-law, Billa Willis and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Mickey Ingram and second husband, Warren T. Finley; brother, Robert Lee Willis, Jr. and sister, Sally Bankston. Mrs. Finley was a longtime resident of Richardson and a member of First Christian Church, she was also a receptionist for Restland Funeral Home for many years. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:30 PM Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
