She sang in the Grace UMC Choir for 56 years and in recent years added The New Song Choir and the CC Young Choir to her weekly musical routine. Frances was always singing, always cheerful and always welcoming and accepting of all people. Frances is preceded in death by her husband, Carl; her parents, Troy and Cleva Martin; and her sisters, Mildred Martin and Betty Martin Graves. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 11, 2013 at Grace UMC. There will be a visitation Monday morning from 10-11:30 AM at Restland Funeral Home.
