Miller, Francis J. Frances is survived by her sons, Greg (Elena), Vince (Donna), Gene “Bubba” Carter (Sherrie), James “Mickey” Carter: daughters Diane Hickman (Vernon), Kathy Walker, Carolyn Alexander (Marcus), Debbie Abner (Mark), Claire Belling (David) and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation from 6-8pm, Thursday July 26th at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held 10am Friday, July 27th
