Frances Lula Prater, 90, passed away April 14, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. She was born June 13, 1930 to Bruce Brooks and Lilian Brooks in Paris, Texas.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Bruce and Lillian Brooks , 10 siblings, ,her husband of 55 years Thomas A Prater Sr ., her son Thomas A. Prater Jr, and granddaughter Stephanie Hendley . She is survived by her Daughter in law, 3 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren , and 1 great great grandchild.
Frances was a member of Woodlake Baptist Church of Carrollton for over 30 years , and served with such joy in her heart. She was a strong, God loving woman that touched everyone she knew.
