RIVERS, FRANCES E. passed away March 27, 2013 in Carrollton, Texas. Frances was born May 12, 1927 in Wichita, Kansas to Cecil and Caroline Chester. Preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Rivers; and sisters, Geneva Rhodes and Caroline Chester. Frances is survived by daughters, Valarie Steele and Susie Chisum; grandchildren, Crystal Lippert, Laura Griggs, Lea Chisum, Rob Steele, and Dude Chisum; great grandchildren, Noah Steele, Daimen Chisum, Audrey Lippert, Rylie Steele, Maverick Steele, Thomas Chisum, and Michelle Chisum; and brother, Jack Chester. Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
