Frances Ann Sunkel Sneed
Frances Ann Sunkel Sneed, died October 17, 2021. Born in Dallas, December 12, 1926 to Joseph David Sunkel and Lillie Dowling Sunkel. A graduate of North Dallas High School ’43 and TWU ’47. A former teacher, past Regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and past President TWU National Alumnae Association. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Robert “Bob” Sneed. She is survived by children David and his wife Sharon, Philip and 5 grandchildren, Shannon, Lauren, Jonathan, Chad, and Nicole, and 8 great grandchildren. Frances was a life-long member of Scofield Church faithfully attending the Philethea class. A wonderful mother, fantastic grandmother, friendly neighbor, and devoted Christian, Frances will be missed and remembered by family and friends. Services at Restland Funeral Home Wildwood Chapel 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas Texas on Sunday October 24 at 10:00 AM.
