Frances Williams born November 15, 1931 in Dallas, Texas passed away November 12, 2015 in Rowlett, Texas. Preceded in death by her son, Robert Williams; brothers, Anthony Barbaria, Joe Barbaria. Frances is survived by her daughters, Karen Lucas and husband, Randy, Linda Williams, Pamela Shores and husband, John, Brenda Floyd and husband, Tony, Cynthia Earp and husband, Ricky; sons, Steven Williams and wife, Kawzar, Carl Williams and wife, Jeanette; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Dexter; sister-in-law, Jackie Barbaria. The visitation for Frances Williams will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, November 13, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Frances will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Lakeshore Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
