Williams, Frances ~ Resident of Royse City, TX died, Monday, February 21, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Lloyd Robinson, son Mike Gilliam and 2 brothers. She is survived by her son Richard Neely, daughter Sherry Bennett and her husband Todd, son Steve Gilliam and his wife Devan, daughter Dream Psutka and her husband David, 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 4 brothers, 3 sisters and a host of extended family. Services will be held in Restland Memorial Chapel at 3:30 pm on Thursday, February 24, 2011. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park.
