Francis Peter Brochtrup's Obituary
Francis Peter Brochtrup, 94 passed away January 8, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. He was born April 21, 1926 to Peter Brochtrup and Marie Brochtrup in Hilbert, Wisconsin. Frank married June Montonati on June 18, 1949, in Menasha, Wisconsin. After graduating from Marquette University, he held various executive positions in the trucking and transportation industry. Frank was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks as well as the Knights of Columbus. He also served in the United States Army from July 1944-August 1946 as a T-5.
Frank is survived by his wife, June Brochtrup of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Christine Brochtrup of Kirkwood, Missouri; sons, Michael (Megan) Brochtrup of Carrollton, Texas and Mark (Kelley) Brochtrup of The Colony, Texas; sister, Mary Ann Brochtrup of Appleton, Wisconsin; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia McCardell; brother, John Brochtrup; daughter, Kathleen Bennick and granddaughter, Stephanie Brochtrup.
