He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara Cook; sons, Larry and wife Karen and Richard Cook; daughter, Gerry Killian and husband Bill; 5 grandchildren, Will Killian and wife Liz, Chris Cook, Jamie Killian, Kevin Cook and wife Shannon and John Cook and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 11:00 AM, Friday, December 21, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service is 2:00 PM, Friday, December 21, 2007 in Restland Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, 2222 Welborn St.,Dallas, TX 75219.
