Frank Mahlon Baker, Jr., 64, of Rowlett, Texas was born January 31, 1955 to Frank Mahlon and Alma Cairy Baker in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and passed away February 20, 2019 in Richardson, Texas.Frank married Elizabeth Siebenaler on December 28, 1976 in Edinburg, Texas. He was the owner of a finance company for the last 15 years. He was the church Trustee for First Covenant Church and President of the Home Owners Association. His biggest joy was being a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.Frank is preceded in death by his parents Frank Mahlon and Alma Cairy Baker.Frank is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Elizabeth “Betty” Baker of Rowlett, Texas, daughter Angela Stegmaier and husband Rob of Parker, Texas, son Frank Mahlon Baker III of Rowlett, Texas, and granddaughter Claire Stegmaier, Brother Mike Baker and Sister Anne Baker.Visitation will be Friday, February 22, 2019, from 6:00 – 8:00 P. M. at Restland Funeral Home.Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 12:00 P.M. at Restland Funeral Home, Abbey Chapel. Burial will follow the services at Restland Memorial Park.
