Frank James Beard, age 71 and of Coppell, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
Funeral services with military honors and Masonic rites will commence at 10:00AM on Thursday, August 17, 2023, in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. Interment will also be in Restland Memorial Park.
