Frank Berry's Obituary
Frank Berry was born in Columbus, Ohio April 24, 1929. He was one of 4 children.
Frank joined the Army in 1946 at the age of 17. He was stationed in the Panama Canal Zone. Frank was assigned to the fire brigade while in the armed forces. After the army tour he moved back to Columbus, only to move back to Panama. Frank got a job with the Panama Canal Commission in the fire department.
Frank married Dalila Espino and they raised 2 children Frank Douglas and Cindy. He retired in 1980 and moved to the Colony where he lived until his wife passed.
Frank later remarried and moved back to Ohio but divorced after a few years. He moved back to Texas and lived with Frank D until his stroke and was moved into a senior group home.
Frank Sr. was the type of person who would help anyone. At Christmas he would always volunteer to drive and deliver toys to those in need. Frank was a good-hearted man loved by those who met him and got to know him.
Frank was preceded in by his parents, his 3 siblings and his wife Dalila.
He will be missed.
