I first met Frank Bowden through the stories of my wonderful friend and co-worker, Barbara. Barbara would talk about how Frank would have a glass of wine ready for her when she got home. Or on Friday nights, it was a martini! Barbara would share stories about their life and funny anecdotes that couples share. Like how Frank and Barbara met…Barbara dancing by herself and catching the eye of this handsome, successful man. You could tell they were very much in love and enjoyed each other's company. I used to tell Barbara, "I love Frank" and "You better watch it, if anything happens to you, I'm going after Frank!" This was all way before I had even met Frank. Then one evening Barbara invited me to their home for martini's and then to dinner for having taken her to the airport. I finally met Frank and he made me the best dirty martini I had ever had! Bar none…he was the master! Through the years, I came to rely on Frank for career advice. I remember once after discussing a job with him, he said, you know Char, there is no excitement in your voice, no passion for this job…if you don't do anything else, at least have passion for what work you do! Great advice from a great man! I will miss you Frank!! Much love to you Barbara, David and Kim!

May you rest in peace and May peace be with your family. You gave me the opportunity to move to Texas and work on your team. I learned more in those years on how to lead a team than any other time in my career. Thank you.
Thanks to Frank for a lot of things. Rest. – Jess McLean
