Frank Bueter's Obituary
Frank Henry Bueter, age 79, was born to parents Frank Francis Bueter and Georgia James in Jeffersonville, Indiana on November 28, 1938. He passed away in the late morning on Monday, June 4, 2018 in Richardson, Texas. Frank is survived by his wife, Barbara Bueter; daughter, Michele Bueter, son, Mitchell Bueter and wife Shannon, 2 grandaughters, Megan and Lauren and sisters, Agnes Shanks and Jean Griffin.Frank graduated in May, 1957 from Jeffersonville High School in Jeffersonville, Indiana and obtained his Associates Degree from Trukee River Community College in Nevada. Frank and Barbara met in Washington, DC where he was stationed in the Air Force and she was working for the FBI. Frank served for 4 years in the Air Force in communications and was based in Morocco and Germany. After being honorably discharged, he went to work for Western Union and then on to finish his career in Insurance. Frank and Barbara loved to travel. They have been all over the world, to places such as China, Australia, Egypt, New Zealand, Rome, Italy, France and Germany. He had a passion for mission work. He once spent a month in Chimala, Tanzania teaching the Gospel and working with the church there. Frank also loved to just be with his children and grandchildren, swimming, cooking out, going to movies or the beach for family vacations. Frank was devoted to God and to his family and friends and will be deeply missed.The family requests that visiting hours be observed for Mr. Bueter on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.A funeral service for Frank Bueter will be on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 2:30 PM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be sent to the Christian Care Center, 900 Wiggins Parkway, Mesquite, TX.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
