COWAN, FRANK born on February 25, 1949 in Crosbyton, TX and passed away January 12, 2008 in Richardson, TX. He is survived by daughter, Joanna Cowan; mother, Felecionia Cowan; and brothers, Brian and Jim. Graveside service will be held 11:00am Tuesday, January 15, 2008 in Restland Memorial Park.
