Frank was a sweet friend, a wonderful husband and father - a strong man
I met Frank through is beautiful wife, Annie. Although I didn't get a chance to know him personally, I saw him at various community activities serving along with his wife. He was a tall, quiet, unassuming gentle giant who will long be remembered by those who knew and loved him. To his beautiful family and many friends, I extend my sincere prayers and condolences.

I met Frank while working for GTE. I was 20 years old young, naive girl and had NO idea what it was like working with a bunch on men in the Central Office of the Telephone Company. But Frank who was a quiet nice man who saw me struggling in this environment. Finally one day as he saw my tears streaming down my face, he came over and talked to me. After our talk, he gave me the confidence to stand up for myself. I was never afraid to dish it right back to the other technicians. That was an empowering moment and I always knew Frank would have my back! He will forever be my HERO who gave me the courage to work in male dominant department, I worked for 30 years until I retired!!
