Mr. Frank Formagus' Obituary
FORMAGUS, FRANK longtime owner of Formagus Grocery Stores. Born January 20, 1920 in New Orleans, LA and passed away October 12, 2007 in Dallas, TX. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Formagus. Frank is survived by his daughter, Frances Ann Schmidt and husband Mark; son, Vince Formagus and wife Linda; grandchildren, Tracey and Troy McKenzie, Kathy Sigrist, Jennifer Jones, and Kerri McNabb; great grandchildren, Glennie McKenzie, Allison and Emily Sigrist, and Noah Jones; sister, Bea Mentesana, and numerous other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm Monday, October 15, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Church of the Ascension Episcopal; 8787 Greenville Ave; Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
