Frank immigrated to America on July 10, 1992, where he worked hard to provide for his family while remaining proud of his Vietnamese roots. As a devoted family man, he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. His generosity and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
He had a passion for making movies and videos for his family and friends, often capturing birthdays, parties, and other special occasions. Frank loved preserving these moments, not just for himself but so that everyone around him could relive and enjoy them. He was always eager to share these treasures, bringing joy and smiles to those he cared about.
