Born June 23, 1910 in Denver, CO and passed away February 8, 2009 in Dallas, TX. He is survived by grandchildren Jay Sabatucci and Cindy Lou Williams; numerous nieces and nephews; long time and best friend, Emma Jean Blinka. Frank was employed for 31 years with the U.S. Postal Service including 2 years in the U.S. Naval Postal Service. He also worked with Oak Cliff Bank and Trust. Frank was a true English gentleman
