Fred Allen Mitchell's Obituary
Fred Allen Mitchell, Sr. passed from this life on September 14, 2011 after an extensive illness. Born in Dallas, Texas on September 5, 1945 to Marion Allen Mitchell and Irene Shields Mitchell, he was their second child. He is survived by his cherished mother and beloved sister Constance Mitchell-Sharpe; for, his confidante and loving dad preceded him into eternal rest. He is also survived by his dearly-loved three children: Regina Mitchell-Gilstrap, Marilyn Mitchell-Pope, and Fred Allen Mitchell, Jr. along with two grandchildren: Gina Pope and Danielle Pope all of Dallas.
