Fred Lewis Toan's Obituary
TOAN, FRED LEWIS born December 10, 1924 in Dallas, TX and passed away November 9, 2013 in Dallas. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann Marie Turner. Fred is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara; son, Steve Toan and wife Vicki; granddaughter, JoAnn Turner; 3 great-grandchildren. After graduating from Rice University, his company, First Continental Enterprises, developed Richardson Heights, Spring Creek and Spanish Village Shopping Centers. Fred loved to play golf and was a long-time member of Northwood Club. Memorial services will be 1:30 PM, Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Spring Valley United Methodist Church.
