DALLAS, TX- Mattie Garretson, 102, was born to parents, Dr. Charles Alexander Rodgers and Frances Valentine on October 30, 1915 in Rosewood, Texas. She passed away on March 3, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018. A funeral service for Ms. Garretson will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 8th, 2018 at Restland Cemetery. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
