Gary D. Jenkins' Obituary
Gary D Jenkins age 61, passed away Thursday June 2, 2022 in Dallas, Texas. He was born to A. Dean and Linda L Jenkins February 7, 1961 in Dallas, Texas.
Most knew him as a quiet man, but his family knew him as so much more. He was with his loving wife and High School sweetheart for 45 years. His passion for music, motorcycles and all things adventurous from scuba diving to racing jet skis, motorcycles, RC cars; to building and flying RC airplanes. He had a great love of camping in his RV Fifth wheel, his wife called Joleen. Most of all the love he had for his family.
Employed for 18 years with C and F Electric LLC as a Journeymen electrician, he was thought of as family. He will be missed by his peers.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, 2 brothers Ricky Milam, Darrell Jenkins and a sister Dina Jenkins.
Gary is survived by his loving wife, Katherine “Kathie” Jenkins, son Christopher “Chris” Jenkins and daughter Courtney Myers, son-in-love Roger Myers. Also survived by his two beautiful and loving grandchildren Caden Jenkins and Harper Myers; his brother Larry Milam and sister-in-love Cindy; many nieces and nephews as well best friend Chris McGee.
Services have been entrusted with Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery. A Graveside Service will be held Sunday June 26, 2022 at 1:30PM in the Good Shepherd section of the cemetery, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243
