Gayle Marshall Tippit's Obituary
Born Christmas Morning, 1919 in Cleburne, TX and passed away December 13, 2016 in Dallas, TX. He is survived by wife, Dorothy Tippit of Tyler, TX; son Jerry Tippit and wife, Shirley; daughter, Jeannie Coleman and husband, Royce; granddaughter, Elizabeth Tippit and a nephew and several cousins. Tip served in the Navy, Pacific Theater, WWII; 30 years with the Dallas Police Department and was a member of East Dallas #1200 Masonic Lodge, 32 Degree Scottish Rite. Funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM, Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the Restland Wildwood Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior to the service in the chapel.
