Gayle Wenger Lee's Obituary
Gayle Wenger Lee of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015. Gayle was born in Minneapolis, MN to the late William and Clara Wenger. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. Her husbands N. Ed Lee and Jim R. Brown preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter and husband Lana and David Greer of Dallas, son John and wife Ghie Lee of Richardson, grandchildren Scott and wife Wendy Erwin of McKinney and Alyssa Gayle Lee of Richardson, great grand children Andrew Michael Erwin and Addison Marie Erwin, beloved sister June Carol Moore (Sis) of Dallas and many dear friends including her neighbor Kai. She loved entertaining, playing bridge, traveling, eating out, and doing many things that enriched all of our lives; but most of all she loved being with her family. Her final thoughts for all of use were: “I have lived a rich, full happy and very blessed life. I’m packed and ready to go and I am not afraid.” The family would like to express their heart felt thanks and appreciation to the medical staff of Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and specifically Dr. Shamim Kambati and Dr. James Park for their compassion and exceptional care of our mother. Visitation will be in the Wildwood Chapel, Restland Memorial Park Dallas, Friday, November 27, 2015 at 11:30 AM with services to follow at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
