George Idoko Attah's Obituary
George Idoko Attah, of Nigerian Idoma people, passed away on July 16th, 2025 in Dallas, Texas.
He will always be remembered as a wonderful father, friend, & colleague to all that knew and loved him.
He was born on October 5th, 1958 in Benue state, Nigeria to Ojowu Ada and George Attah Idoko. He first worked as a manager for the Westin Gallaria Dallas Hotel for over 30 years and after receiving many awards for his position, he later worked for GardaWorld Security in hopes to protect and make those around him feel welcomed.
He loved science and the history of neurology. He spent his time researching and collecting books about how the human brain develops and shared his findings with those around him. He wrote many quotes regarding mental health and how to cope with the stresses of life.
George is survived by his daughter Lissette and Alexis Attah and his many family members like his brother David Ejor Idoko, his nieces and nephew Naomi, Jennifer, Precious, & Excel that live in Kaduna, Nigeria.
