George Pennel Baltzer's Obituary
George Baltzer of Plano, born December 19, 1921, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Funeral services are 3 pm Friday, December 2, 2011 at Restland Abbey Chapel in Dallas. He proudly served our country during WWII. He was a very gentle and kind person who had many friends who loved him. He enjoyed flying, traveling and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He loved everything about trains and planes. His love for Big Band music was a great joy for him throughout life. He is preceded in death by his wife of 36 years Sara Baltzer, whom he loved dearly, his parents Lee and Blanche Baltzer, brother Charles Lee Baltzer and sister Blanche Boothe. He is survived by his cousins Kathleen Chidester of AZ, Joe Pritchett of OH, John McCord of TN, Penn Pritchett of OH and close friends, Hooman & Pari Laali and family, Tony and Barbara Pinka, Randy Broadhead, Carol, Ron and Kurt Martin, Sue Belvin & Deanna & Earnest Nation and many other friends.
